The Perch at Villa Magnolia

The Perch at Villa Magnolia is on the top floor of our Okanagan home, and commands the best lake views in Naramata. Bordering the famous Old Main Vineyard, your view is all vineyard and lake, in a west-facing location that gives you the gift of beautiful Okanagan sunsets each night.

The Perch is a luxurious master suite with a spectacular view of Lake Okanagan. This spacious suite features a king size bed, outfitted with luxurious, high-end linens, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with marble floors. Complimentary gourmet coffee and teas are provided, along with high end toiletries, and bath robes. The Perch features a flat screen HDTV, a quaint coffee station with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and mini fridge has everything you need to get you started in the morning for your day of wine touring, paddle boarding, hiking or just kicking back and taking in the amazing view. Your private deck area is perfect for morning coffee and at the end of a hard day of play you can sit back and watch the sunset while enjoying a lovely Okanagan wine.

Villa Magnolia is a self-catered, Adults-only Guest House. The Perch suite accommodates a maximum of 2 people. ***PLEASE NOTE that because Villa Magnolia Guest House is a boutique hotel and not a vacation rental, each suite has a maximum two person occupancy, and we cannot accept bookings of four or six people together in multiple suites involving The Nest suite.
